For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby irrevocably grant THE CONRAD COMPANY HOLDINGS, LLC and all of its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (together referred to as “Conrad Company Holdings”) my express written permission and a perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt and publish in any medium, without limitation, any image or likeness of me and of my voice and/or statements (the "Publicity Rights"), from my participation in demonstrating and/or discussing my interaction with Conrad Company Holdings or its products in the course of my employment with my company, in and for any Conrad Company Holdings marketing and promotional materials produced in any form or medium (the "Materials"). I understand and agree that my name may or may not be identified in the Materials. I expressly give up any right that I may have to inspect or approve the final Materials. All Materials shall be owned solely by Conrad Company Holdings and may be used by Conrad Company Holdings in any manner it sees fit. I, for myself and my heirs and assignees, release and discharge Conrad Company Holdings, its officers, directors, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, agents, employees, and all persons acting on Conrad Company Holdings’ behalf (including authorized third parties), from any liability whatsoever in connection with or related to the use, reproduction, adaptation, publication, distribution, marketing or promotion of the Materials. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conrad Company Holdings of and from any costs, liability or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from any claims that Conrad Company Holdings is not authorized to use the Publicity Rights as authorized by me. I agree that I shall at no time make any claims, or authorize the making of any claims, related to Conrad Company Holdings’ use of my Publicity Rights or to the Materials. I have read the above authorization prior to signing it and understand its contents. I am voluntarily executing this AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE OF PUBLICITY RIGHTS on the date indicated below with the intention of being legally bound by its terms and with knowledge of the reliance of Conrad Company Holdings on this Authorization and Release of Publicity Rights.
