CPC‘s patented HFC12 Series couplings have flow comparable to many 1/2″ flow couplings in a 3/8″ body size. Compact and lightweight, HFC couplings replace bulky and heavy metal ball-and-sleeve couplings in a wide range of applications. An ergonomic design and a large, shrouded thumb latch pad produce a coupling that is easy to grip and simple to operate. An efficient valve design leads to high flow and low spillage. HFC12 couplings are also available in NSF-listed versions.

Everis™ LQ2 series fit for electric vehicles
According to the International Energy Agency’s 2020 EV report, the electric vehicle (EV) market will grow by 36% annually, reaching 245 million vehicles globally in 2030. DC fast and extreme fast-charging infrastructure is needed to support this growth. And what’s necessary for that?
Fast Charging is Heating Up.
DC fast charging relies on a higher power — over 350kW or more in Extreme Fast Chargers (XFCs). That kind of power generates significant heat. As external converters and EV supply equipment controls are responsible for safely and effectively managing the higher power levels between the charger and an EV, they require effective thermal management. And this poses another challenge. A DC fast
charger necessitates larger conductors. Along with increased charging speed and higher heat, the resulting cables can become bulky and unwieldy.
CPC’s NS1 Series
CPC’s NS1 Series is the smallest, non-drip, plastic coupling on the market. Design engineers find the diminutive size of the NS1 perfect when they’re needing a fluid connection in a compact space. Packed full of features, the NS1 Series includes non-spill shutoff valves that ensure drip-free disconnects and eliminate the need to purge air from the system. With its easy-to-use latch, the NS1 couplings offer strength and superior performance in a small form factor.
The NS1 ability to rotate allows the tubing to move freely or relax without kinking or leaking. With its functionality-sized latch, NS1 couplings connect and disconnect in any orientation.

CPC’s APC Series Couplings
CPC’s APC Series couplings feature a plastic thumb latch, fewer moving parts, and a smooth contoured design to deliver ease-of-use and excellent flow in a compact size. The patented APC Series has been expanded to include couplings with valves and thumb latch shrouds. A more rugged design on some models adds durability to increase the APC’s application range. CPC’s NS4 and NS6 Series
NS6 Series couplings feature non-spill valves at a great price. Use the NS6 when even a few drops of spillage pose problems regarding safety, media cost, or environmental regulations. These innovative couplings are lightweight, chemically resistant, and easy to use. The non-spill design virtually eliminates spills, minimizes downtime, and enhances operator safety. Soft-touch overmold makes them comfortable in the hand and very attractive.
CPC’s DPC Couplings
The 1/4″ flow DPC Series couplings feature a dual port connection in a contoured design that delivers ease-of-use and excellent flow in a compact size. Made from acetal thermoplastic, the DPC Series includes valved and non-valved couplings with a single plastic thumb latch. One-hand operation makes the DPC Series the choice for simple, simultaneous connections and disconnections where two fluid lines are required.
