Administrative Assistant

Part-Time, One Location

$13-$15 / hour

  • Operate a multi-line switchboard professionally and cheerfully, and transfer callers to appropriate associate or department.
  • Provide excellent service to associates, customers and guests.
  • Open, sort, date and distribute all incoming mail. Organize and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, welcoming environment.
  • Communicate with outside contractors for timely ordering of supplies.
  • Assist in organizing special events for customer or supplier visits, sales meetings, and company-wide activities.
  • Perform typing/word processing and other clerical support functions.
  • Perform other duties as needed

Business Development Specialist

Full-Time, One Location

  • Prospect, generate and qualify leads for the Sales team
  • Foster and maintain ongoing strong relationship with customers and prospects
  • Engage the appropriate internal resources at the right time in the process to ensure success
  • Tracking and logging key metrics within the CRM system

Marketing Specialist

Full-Time, One Location

  • Minimum 1 year of Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Successful background with email marketing
  • Hands on experience with HTML and A/B Testing
  • Copywriting and graphic creation for content creation

Master Compressed Air Technician

Full-Time, One Location

  • Travel to customers site, sometimes with little notice to perform the required repairs and services.
  • Perform system preventive maintenance. Provide a professional overall report that encompasses the customers total system during the visit. All to maintain a high performance and efficient system.
  • Perform failure analysis of failed parts or components, report findings to management, coordinate with suppliers and OEMs, and assist with corrective actions to reduce risk or eliminate reoccurrence of failure.
  • Diagnose system failures efficiently, facilitate repairs of equipment in the field in adverse conditions without supervision.
  • Electrical Proficiency troubleshooting / working with anything from relay logic, variable frequency driven equipment, master control systems, communications.
  • Work closely with team members to provide customers unified support that allows the customer to focus on their business.

Technical Customer Service Representative

Full-Time, One Location

  • Effectively manage large amounts of communications from sales team, customers and suppliers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Support PennAir’s Technical Sales Professionals with customer’s, vendors, suppliers and daily tasks needed done.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer requests, and file documents electronically
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction, timely completion of sales orders and establishing strong customer relationships.
