The Humphrey Balanced Solenoid Valve family of 3- and 4-port direct acting valves now includes IP67 rated, environmentally protected models. Through extensive testing, Humphrey has certified IP67 models to withstand dust ingress completely, and submersion in water to a depth of one meter over 30 minutes. IP67 models are available with DIN electrical entry and without an override. Humphrey DIN connector HS2-CLL is suitable for IP67 protection as well.

Versa’s Transitional Reliability Packages
Our quality lab finds the #1 cause of failure to be ingress of debris and moisture. Ingress is an especially frustrating problem because it’s inevitable. When foreign material enters a valve body or solenoid, it clogs up internal moving parts and causes them to stick.
This is particularly a problem for applications with long periods between cycling, giving foreign materials more time to build-up.
To fight the problem, Versa offers rugged, high-flow valves capable of handling debris. However, in toughest applications, customers need more than the basics to assure valves shift when called upon.

Servo-electric 2-finger parallel gripper with sensitive gripping force control and long stroke. It is a universally applicable electric 2-finger parallel gripper for a wide range of parts in clean to harsh ambient conditions that’s highly flexible. The electrical control of the gripper is carried out by the fully integrated control and power electronics. Hence, the module does not require any additional external control units.
A wide range of interfaces are available for communication, such as PROFINET, PROFIBUS-DP or CAN. This enables the assembly of industrial bus networks and ensures simple integration into existing control concepts. We offer various cables for transmission of power supply and data communications.

Canfield’s Block Micro Proportional Driver
The Canfield Connector B5950 Series is a Features include selectable control signal inputs from 0-5V or 0-20 mA with adjustable min/max current output. The output steps to the minimum current setting when 0.1V or 0.4 mA is applied to the control signal input. Also included in the compact package is a 0.1 to 20-second adjustable ramp-up and ramp-down output and sine wave dithering (PWM) with adjustable amplitude and frequency. The B5950 has an output current that is proportional to the command signal input.
Spartan Series 6200
The Spartan Scientific Series 6200 is a 2-Way or 3-Way, 2-Position direct acting solenoid valve utilizing a long life spring compensated solenoid poppet at the heart of an all stainless steel solenoid operator (430FR and 316SS). Standard body material is Glass-Filled Nylon. With orifice sizes ranging from 0.8mm up to 6.0mm standard, the 6200 valve can handle a wide variety of flow rates as well as pressure ranges from 0 to 250PSI in various versions.
Offered with or without manual override, the Series 6200 employs use of the orifice basket design unique to Spartan valves which allows for quick change-over for production of any orifice size as standard. This aids in versatility of valve manufacture and increases valve availability.
The composite valve body is of robust design and is compatible with liquids and gases at lowest possible cost. The ports available are 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ NPT standard. All common voltages are offered as well as electrical connection styles which include a DIN 43650 spaded coil as well as flying lead styles. Coils are sealed to IP 65. Valve functions include Normally Closed, Normally Open, Mixing and Diverting.
Spartan 3827 Series Valve
Offered in both 2-Way & 3-Way, 2-Position Normally Closed or Normally Open functions, and eight orifice sizes. Component features include the proven Series 3800 solenoid operator available in brass/stainless steel or all stainless steel pilot design, optional seal materials and nylon encapsulated coil. The “basket” orifice design feature allows the possibility of changing the orifice diameter to meet flow requirements within a matter of seconds. The composite material is media compatible, eliminating the need for stocking multiple body materials. Useful in medical and ventilator devices.

The Canfield Connector TMLT is an ultra-compact all-solid-state timer incorporated into a vibration and environment-resistant composite encapsulant housing. The heart of the timer is a powerful microprocessor that is made in quantity then programmed to become the timer type according to customer specification.
Featuring 6 timer modes of operation with two voltage ranges; 12-240V AC/DC or 12-60 VDC and four output options; Sinking ON First, Sinking OFF First, Sourcing ON First, and Sourcing OFF First, and 13-time ranges, from 0.1 to 2000 seconds. The timer is available with a screwdriver or hand adjustment, and troubleshooting is a breeze with the onboard indicator light.
