Walk-In Counter Service

PennAir offers comprehensive hose repair and assembly services to minimize your equipment downtime. Our capabilities cover various hose assemblies:

  • Hydraulic Hose Assemblies: We provide replacement, made-to-order, and custom assemblies using brands like Caterpillar and Manuli. Our selection includes hose ends such as JIC, NPT, ORB, Face Seal, Zinc Plated Hydraulic Steel, and Quick Disconnects.

  • Pneumatic Hose Assemblies: Offering replacement, repair, pre-made, and custom assemblies with brands like Kuriyama. Hose ends are available in Brass, Stainless Steel, Quick Disconnect, and Zinc Plated Steel.

  • Water Hose Assemblies: We handle replacement, repair, pre-made, and custom assemblies, including pressure wash hose replacements and repairs. Hose ends include Camlock and Groove Style, NPT, with materials like Brass, Stainless Steel, Quick Disconnect, and Zinc Plated Steel.

  • Steel Tube Assemblies: We offer replacement and custom tube bending services, with hose ends featuring JIC Flare Ends in Steel or Stainless Steel.

PennAir & Adaptall

Adaptall specializes in the conversion of hydraulic adapters and fittings, between International (“Metric”) and American (“Imperial”) thread types. These include: British (BSPP, & BSPT), JIS, Kobelco, Komatsu, and Metric on the International side, as well as JIC, NPT, ORFS, and SAE ORB for Imperial thread types.

Industries served include: construction, mining / aggregates, pulp & paper, agriculture, manufacturing, industrial, marine, aerospace, military, OEM and more.
